Role Description

Nous recrutons un(e) Spécialiste Service Client pour accompagner les clients francophones d'une marque leader de la grande distribution spécialisée, reconnue dans toute l'Europe pour la qualité de ses produits et de son service.

  • Offrir un service client de haute qualité par téléphone, e-mail ou chat.
  • Résoudre efficacement les demandes liées aux commandes, produits, livraisons ou retours.
  • Garantir une expérience client fluide, professionnelle et humaine.
  • Travailler en coordination avec les équipes internes pour assurer le suivi des dossiers clients.

Qualifications

  • Maîtrise du français à un niveau C2 (oral et écrit) exigé.
  • Aisance avec les outils numériques et les plateformes de service client.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication, d'écoute et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Sens du service, fiabilité, et esprit d'équipe.
