So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.</p></div><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <p>Team Leadership & Development<br>● Manage, coach, and develop a team of data specialists ensuring exceptional service<br>delivery and customer service across employee lifecycle-related inquiries and transactions,<br>including topics such as Pay and Rewards, Benefits, Payroll, Leave Entitlements, Mobility,<br>Organizational Changes, Verifications, and Immigration.<br>● Mentor and support team members to build expertise, ensure consistency, and promote<br>professional growth across the HR Operations function.<br>● Serve as an escalation point to resolve complex issues for team members.<br>Employee Data Lifecycle Management<br>● Own the end-to-end employee data lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely processing of<br>transactions such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, and policy-driven<br>changes.<br>● Maintain, audit, and enhance data quality in Workday, ensuring data integrity,<br>completeness, and consistency throughout the employee lifecycle.<br>Data Governance & Compliance<br>● Build and manage robust data quality controls before data is used in downstream systems.<br>● Enforce data standards, naming conventions, and validation rules in collaboration with IT,<br>internal audit, and compliance teams.<br>● Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements through effective<br>governance protocols and stakeholder partnerships.<br>Process Improvement & System Optimization<br>● Accountable for the day-to-day performance metrics of the HR Operations Data Team,<br>ensuring clear SLA's and KPI's align to effective and positive employee experience.<br>● Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, data accuracy,<br>scalability, and automation in employee data management.</p> <p>● Coordinate with IT and vendors on Workday system enhancements, integrations, and<br>upgrades.<br>● Create, maintain, and improve process documentation to reflect current procedures and<br>compliance standards.<br>Cross-Functional Collaboration<br>● Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Legal,<br>Finance, IT, Facilities) and external vendors to deliver a cohesive and accurate employee<br>data experience.<br>● Collaborate with HR Operations Managers and regional partners (AMER, EMEA, APJ) to<br>align on and implement best practices globally.<br>Reporting & Analytics<br>● Partner with IT and HRIT to deliver standardized and ad hoc reports, support data requests,<br>and identify trends that inform business decisions and HR strategies.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong></p> <p>8+ year(s) experience in a HR position, with 3+ years leading a team either<br>● 1-2 years experience or exposure in HR Business Partner / HR Generalist work activities<br>● Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent work experience<br>● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional attention to detail<br>● Ability to manage multiple work engagements and projects across different time zones,<br>oftentimes simultaneously<br>● Can work autonomously across the role work streams - HR business partner engagement,<br>COE interactions - to guide and propose outcomes<br>● Strong working knowledge and understanding of regional HR legislation/employment law,<br>principles, policies, and procedures.<br>● Strong process improvement mindset and high level of comfort working with technology to<br>develop HR related solutions for a growing global workforce at different levels<br>● Understanding of LEAN, Design Thinking, AGILE and quality practices (such as Six Sigma)<br>a plus<br>● Previous experience partnering with client-facing HR Business Partners on a wide range of<br>topics (programs, change management, etc.)</p> <p>#LI-REMOTE,  #LI-ONSITE</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Pure Innovation</strong>: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge and aspire to be trailblazers.</li> <li><strong>Pure Growth</strong>: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful.
