Monitor and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Maintain and update employee records and payroll information in the HR system. Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees. Collaborate with Finance department to ensure payroll expenses are accurately recorded. Resolve any payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll. Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Work closely with HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and human resources processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll data. Analyze payroll data and provide reports to management as needed. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of payroll software and systems. Continuously improve and streamline payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data privacy regulations. Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
