Position Summary

The Junior Analyst, Content & Merchandising at Paisly is responsible for the accurate and timely management of all content displayed on the JetBlue Vacations and Paisly websites. This role includes loading hotel promotions, ensuring all offers are loaded and removed according to their designated sale periods and maintaining overall content accuracy across platforms. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, has experience working with multiple content management systems and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role collaborates closely with the Product Operations team to ensure promotional offerings and inventory are correctly aligned and fully visible during key marketing campaigns.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Receive promotion requests and, upon verification, load the proper material into the content management system(s).
  • Create an auditing system and regularly review all website content.
  • Organize content requests from cross-functional teams and align them with the overall inventory strategy and Marketing calendar.
  • Provide bi-weekly updates on the top destinations and highlight key changes to Hotel Contract Managers to ensure all offers are accurately updated and properly tracked.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of all JetBlue Vacations and Paisly website content.
  • Manage updates to photos, content and partner-provided information.
  • Implement badges, flags and tags to effectively promote and differentiate offerings.
  • Regularly update landing pages to reflect current offerings and campaigns.
  • Maintain organized files and logs of all promotions.
  • Maintain a close tie to hotel and destination performance to be able to contribute to strategic decisions about content and placement management.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align company objectives.
  • Support inventory and merchandising strategy by updating content and placements to support business needs.
  • Retain and update SharePoint tasks, Outlooks, and Images.
  • Other complex projects and duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Merchandising, or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least two (2) years of previous relevant work experience.
  • One (1) year of professional experience in content management, merchandising, marketing or e-commerce.
  • Basic understanding of digital merchandising concepts and product content strategy.
  • Familiarity with content tools or platforms such as Strapi or image management tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to track updates, lists, or simple reporting.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn quickly in a collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for working across departments.
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Crewmember Expectations

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, including being onsite in the office at least three (3) days per week.
  • Potential need to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and be available to respond on short notice.
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance.
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
  • Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibits the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun.
