Role and Responsibilities: As a Order Fulfillment Associate, you will assist in daily warehouse operations by performing administrative and logistical tasks that maintain precise inventory records and support timely shipments. Your main responsibilities include: • Inventory Management & Recordkeeping: Maintain and update inventory using warehouse management systems, assist with cycle counts, and participate in audits. • Shipment Coordination: Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, verify documentation, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery. • Administrative Support: Complete data entry, prepare shipping and receiving documents, and maintain compliance records. • Collaboration & Communication: Work with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. • General Warehouse Support: Assist during peak periods and generate operational reports as needed. Required Skills and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative roles preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or data entry tools. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
