The Inside Sales Office Manager is responsible for managing and aligning the efforts of the Inside Sales/Customer Service, Parts, Technical Support, and Field Service departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead and manage the Inside Sales/Customer Service team to build a high-performing support unit for the outside sales force. Continuously improve processes for efficiency and accuracy in order processing.</li><li>Oversee the Parts Department, developing proactive dealer programs and initiatives to increase sales and revenue.</li><li>Direct the Technical Support Team, ensuring effective cross-departmental communication and consistent updates to engineering and other teams to foster a unified "One Team" culture.</li><li>Manage the Field Service Department, enhancing communication and organizational processes to improve support for warranty issues and product-related concerns.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between dealer partners/end users and internal teams, ensuring all client requirements are understood and met.</li><li>Review and analyze sales and order data to identify trends and ensure accuracy, including weekly reviews of new door and parts quotes and orders.</li><li>Collaborate with the outside sales team to resolve issues, improve communication, and streamline processes in alignment with the company’s “One Hormann” vision.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience leading multiple departments with a focus on team building and culture development.</li><li>Strong background in customer service and project management.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.</li><li>Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Who We Are<br><br></strong>Hörmann is a premier manufacturer of garage doors.
