Key Responsibilities:

Prepare individual and small business tax returns accurately and efficiently.
Research and resolve tax issues, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of experience in tax preparation or a related role.
Proficiency in tax software (e.g., TurboTax, ProSeries, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
CPA or Enrolled Agent certification (or willingness to pursue) is a plus.
