Lead Financial Analyst

Vaco has partnered with a growing education company looking to bring on a Lead Financial Analyst to support their finance team.

This high-impact role offers visibility across the organization and a collaborative environment with flexible hybrid work arrangements.

You'll lead balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, support board and lender reporting, and ensure accuracy in regulatory filings and covenant tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasts.
  • Monitor bank covenants and support Board and lender reporting.
  • Analyze financial trends and variances to support decision-making.
  • Drive reporting process improvements and template standardization using Excel and Adaptive Planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment between actuals and forecasts during close.

Requirements:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance required.
  • CPA License is a plus.
  • Education industry experience is a plus.
  • Big 4 experience is a plus.
