Do you know how to find what angle makes a 5/12 pitch?

Our company is looking for someone to join us. Right now, there are 2 of us in production and you would make #3. This means that you’ll have to roll-up your sleeves to get stuff done. The two of us do more than one job around here and it would probably mean the same for you.

What we’re looking for in you, is your ability to keep our framing production flowing. To take a pencil sketch blueprint and start framing a new storage shed. Or to trim out the windows of a home studio. We need you to show up at our Loma, shop from 7:30 to 4, Monday through Friday, and make things happen. Sometimes we’ll be working together, other times you’ll be by yourself. Your ability to use a nail gun, speed square, cut studs to the nearest 1/16”, and keep things neat and square will serve you well, here.

We’re a family company, and we need someone who will fit right in with us. That means that we’re looking at you to see if you’re the kind of person who means what they say and says what they mean. We’re not into fakers at all. We take life seriously, and believe that details matter.

We love what we do. We sweat hard, overbook our schedule sometimes, and still have fun. We have big dreams for where we want this business to go, and are intentional for how we’re going to get there. If you’re passionate about life, aren’t scared of hard work, and have carpentry skills, then you just might be the perfect fit for us.

We make time for our families, and so we’re gracious if you occasionally need time off for camping or an afternoon birthday party. At the same time, we’re not looking for someone who’s working for others. This is a full-time position.

Can you help?

Company Description
We build storage sheds, home studios and offices, and tiny homes, mostly right in our shop for delivery. Occasionally on site where delivery isn’t possible.
