Join us!</p></div></div></div></div><p></p><p><b>About this role:</b></p><p><span>Wells Fargo is seeking a <b>Lead </b></span><b>Trade Services Processor </b><span>as part of the US Commercial Trade Operations department in Commercial Banking. </span><span>Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.</span></p><p><br /><b><b>In this role, you will:</b></b></p><ul><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support services in the delivery of a wide range of Trade Service products</li><li>Perform issuing, advising and amending of letters of credit, negotiation of letters of credit documents, processing documentary and direct collections in accordance with Trade Services standards</li><li>Guide individuals on complex tasks including amending letters of credit, processing documentary and direct collections in accordance with Trade Services standards</li><li>Assist leaders in training staff on new products or procedures and coordinate workflow in the absence of leadership</li><li>Prioritize work and provide day-to-day leadership to team</li><li>Identify opportunities for additional product sales through client referrals and make recommendations to changes in existing policies and procedures</li><li>Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals</li><li>Interact with internal customers</li><li>Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements</li></ul><p><br /><b><b>Required Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li>6+ years of Trade Service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li></ul><p><br /><b><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li><span>Solid knowledge and understanding of international trade operations</span></li><li><span>Experience with Trade Service Risk Management, including identifying red flags and implementing risk mitigation strategies</span></li><li><span>CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) certification preferred</span></li><li><span>Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy</span></li><li><span>Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting</span></li><li><span>Strong customer service orientation with effective problem-solving skills</span></li><li><span>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</span></li><li><span>Ability to navigate and operate efficiently across multiple computer systems and applications</span></li></ul><p></p><p>​<b><b>Job Expectations:</b></b></p><ul><li>Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
