Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM) About the Role: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Alaska. In this role, you will provide in-person mental health counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups. This is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact while working in a collaborative and client-centered environment. Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family therapy, addressing a variety of mental health conditions. Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop customized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care. Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and support services. Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities. Requirements: Active LCSW license in the state of Alaska (required). Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or social services. Proficiency in DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based treatment planning. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation. Strong communication, empathy, and advocacy skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
