<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p><p>The <strong>Local Performance Marketing Manager</strong> will play a key role in developing individual and regional performance focused marketing campaigns for European Wax Center (EWC) locations, driving center growth through guest acquisition and retention.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>A Day in the Life</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the driver and strategic lead for local performance marketing efforts in respective support region/groups, with a heavy focus on paid digital media (Google and Meta) and ground marketing activations that directly impact guest acquisition and retention.</li><li>Serve as a trusted consultant to franchisees and regional support teams; identifying opportunities, defining objectives, and aligning KPIs for individual center and regional growth.</li><li>Partner closely with franchisees and their teams to build high-performing marketing plans that reflect brand standards while addressing local market needs.</li><li>Provide guidance, alignment, and accountability to stakeholders on center controllable traffic drivers, including performance media, referrals, guest retention, and guest contactability growth, ensuring these levers are optimized alongside marketing efforts.</li><li>Guide and train franchisees and center teams on how to execute effective local marketing, from digital media optimizations to in-market events and community engagement.</li><li>Act as a liaison between EWC franchisees and agency partners to develop and execute local marketing plans.</li><li>Regularly review and provide performance data, translating results into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization, spend allocation, and ROI improvement.</li><li>Proactively identify trends, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities—advising on new strategies to boost visibility, conversions, and retention at the local level.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to execute campaigns seamlessly while ensuring timely, data-backed reporting and follow-up.</li><li>Foster strong, trust-based relationships across the EWC network, empowering franchisees with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in local marketing execution.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Sets You Apart</strong></p><ul><li>A go-getter and a strategic thinker, a subject matter expert in communications who designs and implements innovative and progressive initiatives.</li><li>Strong business acumen.
