Job Description

Delta Air Lines is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Utility Employee to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our aircrafts. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircrafts, including but not limited to cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating equipment and systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify any potential maintenance issues or safety hazards, reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and follow all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Conduct regular testing and maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.

• Assist with the ordering and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent
• Previous Experience In Building Maintenance Or Related Field
• Knowledge Of Basic Electrical, Plumbing, And Hvac Systems
• Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Objects, Climb Ladders, And Perform Physical Tasks
• Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
