As a Brand and Marketing Leader, this role is responsible for strengthening brand in core domains and leading strategic programs to enhance marketplace permission for EY’s insight-driven solutions.<br><br><strong>Your Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Working agilely with subject matter experts and leaders across the broader BMC organization, this role develops and directs integrated campaigns which build brand and drive commercial value while ensuring alignment between Sector, Service Line, Industry, Area, and g2m teams.<br><br><strong>Skills And Attributes For Success<br><br></strong><ul><li>Adept at creating and executing integrated marketing programs and g2m initiatives in alignment with the firm’s broader business plans and priorities</li><li>Ability to lead strategic campaigns and cross-channel initiatives which span markets and support EY’s Managed Services growth ambitions</li><li>Strong leadership skills to work to integrate across sectors, service lines, regions and other BMC programs to ensure successful delivery and high impact in the market</li><li>Demonstrated success establishing relationships and managing close collaboration with colleagues across EY business teams</li><li>Adept at providing direction, guidance and mentorship for team members managing key programs and deliverables<br><br></li></ul><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have<br><br></strong><ul><li>12-plus years of experience in marketing and business development</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; MBA desired</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations) as well as listening, interpretation and influencing skills</li><li>Excellent project management skills, team-building and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Must be able to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise and easily digestible manner for broad audiences</li><li>Possesses poise and confidence to professionally interact with all levels of leadership</li><li>Strong understanding of environmental factors affecting the firm, the practice and our markets<br><br></li></ul><strong>Ideally, you’ll also have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Understanding to drive a content portfolio behind strategic touch points and relationship-building programs</li><li>Adept at knowledge-sharing and a strong understanding of creating engagement, stickiness and pull through from a marketing perspective</li><li>Strength in acting as a project manager for medium to larger projects that are complex in nature<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Look For<br><br></strong>We’re looking for individuals who have strong business acumen and personal leadership. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,700 to $247,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,500 to $281,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.</li><li>Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
