Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on consumer trends and competitor offerings. Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Set and track key performance indicators to measure the success of consumer products and experiences. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive business growth. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance and expand our consumer offerings. Ensure all consumer products and experiences align with Netflix's brand and uphold its high standards of quality and user experience. Act as a brand ambassador for Netflix, representing the company and its values in all interactions.
