Job Posting Title: Manager, Originals Social (Hulu) Req ID: 10126247 Job Description: Hulu's Originals Marketing team is seeking a Social Media Manager. In this role you will lead the social marketing efforts for multiple Hulu Original titles. This role requires someone with extensive experience in entertainment social marketing. The right person for this role will have a strong point of view that is based on experience, a creative eye, thrive in collaboration, and be open and flexible. WHAT YOU’LL DO Oversee multiple social marketing campaigns including community management, creative, and strategy. Oversee external agencies to ensure Hulu continues to deliver best-in-class social media campaigns from creative production to fan engagement. Be a cross-functional teammate who engages, listens and collaborates. This role works closely with Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Brand Marketing and Research. Develop strong working relationships with talent, reps, and studio partners, acting as a central hub for social-related deliveries to talent. Work with talent to capture social content. Drive the organic and paid social content strategy to foster deeper conversation and earned media around Hulu Originals. Analyze performance metrics regularly, making necessary recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the team of social media marketers to pursue and deliver excellence. WHAT TO BRING 5+ years of professional experience in social media marketing at a streamer or studio. Strong interpersonal skills, and collaborative working style – ability to inspire, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals. A strong creative eye and point of view. Experience managing external agencies/partners/talent without oversight. Proven results building a social following across a variety of channels A proven and deep understanding of the entertainment social media landscape, platform standard methodologies and consumer behaviors. Experience presenting campaigns and delivering results to external talent and stakeholders as well as internal c-suite executives. EDUCATION Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Location Note: This role is hybrid, in-office 4x/week (Monday – Thursday) with WFH on Fridays based in Burbank. *Portfolios/websites are highly encouraged The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $91,900 to $126,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
