Position Summary...As a manager on the US Marketplace Item Setup and Catalog Strategy team, you will develop and drive programs that enhance customer and seller experiences to fuel Walmart Marketplace growth. This is an exciting opportunity to create, launch, and own programs from start to finish.

You'll make an impact by:
  • Developing strategic programs: Deeply understand the problem and pain points, identify data-driven solutions that are executable, and clearly articulate the strategy and goals of each program to ensure the capabilities are built accordingly.
  • Leading the execution plan: Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure the program plan is properly executed, starting from creation of Business Requirement Documents to follow-through on Go-To-Market initiatives and adoption metrics.
  • Operating with excellence: Execute with the highest standards and represent the marketplace across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related areas.
  • 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce or related areas.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading and completing cross-functional projects, influencing internal and stakeholders
  • Strong data analytics skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI)

Sunnyvale, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09413:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
