Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with operating machinery and understanding of basic mechanical principles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and willingness to learn new skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
