Job Description Summary

Join Cushman & Wakefield as a Research Analyst and play a key role in shaping strategic insights for the Philippine real estate market. This position offers the opportunity to work within our Research, Consulting & Advisory Services team, where you'll apply your analytical skills to deliver high-impact market intelligence, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership that influences industry decisions.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain Philippine real estate market data using C&W property databases.
  • Contribute to the creation and dissemination of regular market studies, reports, presentations, and press releases.
  • Support commissioned research and advisory projects, including proposal development aligned with client needs.
  • Assist in business development efforts and provide support to both local and global C&W offices.
  • Prepare and present market insights for internal and external stakeholders, including quarterly reports and thought leadership materials.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math, Accountancy, or equivalent; postgraduate studies are an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in real estate or related fields (e.g., finance, investment brokerage); exceptional new graduates may be considered.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for client-facing presentations; ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
