Reporting to the Regional Manager and Director of Sales, you’ll be the <strong>day-to-day face of Owl’s Brew</strong> for both our distributor partners and key retail/on-premise accounts.<br><br>This is a <strong>high-impact, field-focused role</strong>—you’ll spend most of your time in-market executing our sales plan, growing key accounts, running activations, and building distributor engagement to take the brand to the next level.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><strong>Distributor Management<br><br></strong><ul><li>Be the primary point of contact for distributor teams, setting clear goals and ensuring consistent follow-through</li><li>Drive authorizations, secure displays, close chain voids, and deliver +1 mentality results (Cases + PODs)</li><li>Run GSMs, ABP reviews, blitz weeks, and incentive programs to keep distributor reps motivated</li><li>Analyze VIP, Nielsen, and Karma data to identify opportunities and create proactive plans<br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Account Development<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own and grow a targeted key account list across chains, independents, and on-premise accounts</li><li>Pitch new programs, negotiate placements, and deliver flawless execution on pricing, features, and displays</li><li>Partner with marketing on consumer events, demos, and brand activations to bring Owl’s Brew to life<br><br></li></ul><strong>Market Growth & Visibility<br><br></strong><ul><li>Identify business development opportunities across traditional and non-traditional accounts</li><li>Monitor pricing, competitor activity, and category trends to stay ahead of the market</li><li>Provide monthly reporting on sales performance, execution, and ROI against programming<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>3–5+ years of Bev/Alc sales experience (supplier or distributor) with proven success in growing markets</li><li>Strong existing relationships with distributor teams and retail/on-premise buyers</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communicator with presentation skills for distributor and key account meetings</li><li>Organized with strong time management and data analysis skills</li><li>Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, VIP, and Karma (a plus)</li><li>Willing to work non-traditional hours, travel as needed, and lift 50 lbs</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong><ul><li>Competitive base salary + performance bonus</li><li>Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Car, Phone, Internet Allowance </li><li>Equity Grants</li><li>A chance to build a brand, not just manage one<br><br></li></ul>Apply for this Job
