We're seeking an ambitious Marketing and SEO Manager to oversee Laborjack’s paid advertising initiatives and guide our SEO strategy. In this role, you will focus on expanding our online presence, improving conversions, and optimizing paid campaigns for maximum reach and effectiveness. This position demands expertise in campaign management, search engine optimization, and analytics, all aimed at driving engagement, leads, and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the operations team and provide strategic guidance to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Ads Management: Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.)
  • SEO Strategy: Guide and shape on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance Laborjack’s organic search visibility.
  • Content & Keyword Optimization: Ensure all website pages, blogs, and landing pages align with SEO best practices, incorporating effective keywords and metadata.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor paid ads and SEO KPIs and implement improvement tactics.
  • Collaboration: Work with leadership, Sales, and Operations teams to align strategies, campaigns, and messaging to Laborjack’s overall goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing successful paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research platforms (such as SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Proven ability to increase conversions and lead generation through targeted marketing efforts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized and data-driven with strong attention to details.
