Position: Marketing Assistant

Employment Type: Part-time to full time

Overview

Job is at our location only. No Telecommute.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, and proficient in digital marketing tools and Adobe Creative Suite. This role will help manage online content, assist with social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, and provide general support to the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO).
  • Create, edit, and manage visual assets for digital platforms using AI or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Update and maintain website content, product listings, and digital assets.
  • Support email marketing campaigns (design, segmentation, and performance tracking).
  • Manage social media accounts: content scheduling, engagement, and community interaction.

Qualifications

  • Computer skills and proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video editing is a plus) or use of AI tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or related field (internship or freelance work acceptable).
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing and content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.) is a plus.
