As a Data Integration Lead, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the success of our clients while working with cutting-edge healthcare data solutions. <strong>Position Summary:<br></strong>As a Marketing Engagement Specialist, you will work with internal teams and marketing contacts within hospital clients using our Business Intelligence platform tools (Consumer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation) to assist in fulfilling our client’s marketing and reporting needs. <strong>Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions:</strong><ul><li>Be a trusted advisor for marketing automation, reporting, and marketing list needs</li><li>Develop, explain, and finalize target market criteria with clients</li><li>Clarify core business needs and perform basic data queries to drive strategy development, resolve inquiries, and satisfy client reporting requirements</li><li>Provide ongoing client education in relation to applicable business intelligence platform(s)</li><li>Configure, generate, and explain methodologies behind downstream healthcare encounter utilization and revenue reports</li><li>Utilize business intelligence platform tools and engage internal resources to maximize and measure client marketing efforts and hospital resources, as well as respond to client questions and concerns</li><li>Communicate and provide business case for client-requested software enhancement requests/requirements to internal product owners</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Associate’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>3+ years of proven success in a support role, developing positive relationships with both clients and internal contacts</li><li>Previous experience working within CRM systems and/or pulling data sets</li><li>Experience analyzing, interpreting, manipulating and explaining complex data/methodologies</li><li>Ability to articulate clear logic in recommending solutions to customers based on business needs</li><li>Excellent business judgment; effective at articulating value propositions to customers</li><li>Bonus: Tableau experience, marketing automation (Eloqua or Act-on) experience, and/or basic SQL skills</li></ul>
