From reporting on leads to managing marketing swag and maintaining our digital filing system, you’ll be the go-to for keeping our marketing machine running smoothly. If you thrive on variety, love details, and enjoy jumping in wherever needed, we’d love to meet you!</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and contact data</li><li>Generate and compile lead reports to support campaign and sales insights</li><li>Assist in tracking marketing projects and key initiatives to ensure timely progress</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support marketing activities</li><li>Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of marketing events</li><li>Manage event logistics and provide hands-on support before, during, and after events</li><li>Organize and replenish marketing supplies, giveaways, and promotional collateral</li><li>Maintain digital filing systems to ensure document version control and easy access</li><li>Provide occasional front desk and receptionist support as needed</li><li>Take on additional tasks and special projects as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Candidate Requirements:</p><ul><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with diverse teams</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy</li><li>Ability to maintain digital files and manage version control with efficiency</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Available to attend and manage in-person events, which may occasionally take place outside of standard business hours</li><li>Proactive, flexible, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Education and Experience:</p><ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred</li><li>1–3 years of experience in an administrative, marketing support, or event coordination role</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data entry preferred</li><li>Experience coordinating logistics for events, meetings, or campaigns</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Physical Requirements: </p><ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Must be able to lift and transport marketing materials, event supplies, or equipment up to 25 pounds</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during event setup, execution, and breakdown</li><li>Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including indoor/outdoor event venues</li></ul><p></p>
