Job description:

Avondale Dental Group (ADG) is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. ADG currently has 6 locations along with NWDB Insurance, and our continuous growth makes for a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive patient engagement.

WHAT WE WILL LOOK FORWARD TO:

-Build annual master plans for each business entity, including production focuses and events.

-Plan, execute, and maintain social media master strategy, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, for all business entities.

-Build content and paper materials for internal & external use.

-Coordinate with Managing Doctors & Marketing Committee to fulfill specific marketing needs related to special events, sponsorships, quarterly incentives, product highlights, sales, and day-to-day operations.

-Develop new methods of interaction with internal staff and external audience.

-Create and continually optimize internal forms.

-Stock marketing products at each office and keep backup inventory for events, including business cards, appointment cards, pens, and letterhead.

-Oversee all sponsorship & donation requests.

-Organize and participate in community involvement at a minimum quarterly interval.

-Act as main point of contact for external marketing vendors, including website, SEO, and patient communication software vendors.

-Manage new office marketing needs and create replicable strategy for new acquisitions.

-Represent company at events.

-Other duties as assigned.
