Position Summary

At Ashley, the #1 home store in North America, as a Marketing Manager, you’ll lead strategic campaigns that drive traffic, boost brand awareness, and deliver measurable results. You’ll oversee marketing initiatives from concept to execution, manage budgets, analyze trends, and optimize content. This role also involves supervising a talented team, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand and customer needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leadership

  • Supervise, lead, and develop a successful marketing team, while providing regular performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Manage and analyze budgets while creating streamlined processes and SOPs to improve efficiency and drive stronger marketing performance.
  • Partner across all areas of the business, forming strong relationships and fostering collaboration, to help ensure that the entire organization has marketing support.
  • Oversee and approve all marketing material to ensure top-tier content and optimal impact.

Marketing

  • Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and industry trends, providing insights to improve prospective strategies.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic through the door.
  • Manage, from ideation to execution, successful marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
  • Build strategic relationships with partners and key industry players, agencies and vendors to strengthen collaboration, expand reach, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against goals and providing actionable insight.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly to ensure high levels of engagement.
  • Help develop both internal and external branding for the organization.
  • Build and maintain the Bruegge website.
  • Collaborate with human resources on building and maintaining recruitment.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience managing multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of website analytical tools.
  • Proven track record of creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage, educate and motivate.
