As Marketing Manager, you'll lead company-wide marketing efforts and collaborate across departments to develop and execute strategies that grow the FourOneSeven brand. You’ll drive engagement, elevate brand visibility and support revenue goals through creative, data-informed marketing initiatives.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Marketing Manager guides and supports cross-departmental marketing initiatives with strategic direction and hands-on execution. This role is responsible for developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies that grow the audience, amplify brand presence and drive business success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS OF MARKETING MANAGER
    • Lead and coordinate marketing efforts across departments, setting clear direction, aligning priorities and fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
    • Provide strategic input on marketing and promotional projects, establish expectations and approve project launch plans.
    • Define and execute marketing and digital strategies to support key initiatives including event ticket sales, contest entries and promotional engagement.
    • Create and manage the annual marketing budget and ensure effective systems are in place to achieve and exceed goals.
    • Drive the growth of the FourOneSeven brand by overseeing the creation, implementation and approval of marketing campaigns and PR strategies.
    • Develop marketing strategies for nontraditional revenue streams and support sales by designing materials, creating workflows and identifying creative ways to expand reach.
    • Utilize CMS, CRM and EMS platforms to maximize efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
      Oversee planning and execution of brand-enhancing events and community activations.
      Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the brand and company.

SKILLS AND STRENGTHS
    • Proven ability to lead strategy and execution across multiple marketing channels and departments
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to evaluate performance and adjust plans
    • Exceptional copywriting, communication and project management skills
    • Proficiency with digital tools including CMS, CRM, EMS platforms and social media management tools
    • High level of initiative, adaptability and problem-solving with a collaborative mindset
    • Ability to represent themselves and the company through the mission and core values of 417 through any interactions inside or outside of the office and online with co-workers and the public.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years work experience
