We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Manager & Brand Ambassador to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, representing our brand with confidence, and driving creative marketing strategies that elevate our presence both online and in the community. You will be responsible for managing our brand voice across platforms, executing events and partnerships, and ensuring consistent and engaging communication with our audience.

*This could serve as a part-time or full-time position, pay is based on experiene and if employee willl be part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, networking functions, and community initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-house and external events that showcase our brand.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Monitor trends, feedback, and opportunities to connect with audiences both digitally and in-person.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Design marketing materials and visuals (preferred: Adobe Illustrator or Canva).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the high-end quality and professionalism of our brand.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or public relations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence in networking and representing a brand.
  • Experience with social media management and event coordination.
  • Creative content creation and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in design and marketing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and brand-consistency awareness.
