<p><span>We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure that power our marketing engine. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership to design scalable workflows, optimize our marketing technology stack, and ensure that multi-channel campaigns are executed seamlessly and efficiently. Our ideal candidate will delegate as well as be a doer. </span></p><p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Operational Strategy & Process Design: Build and refine processes to improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and cross-channel alignment.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Systems & Tools Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing tech stack — including CRM, ESP, analytics platforms, and integrations — ensuring smooth operations and accurate data flow.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Cross-Functional Campaign Coordination: Manage execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, aligning assets, timelines, and deliverables with strategic priorities.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Analytics & Reporting: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that guide leadership decisions and measure marketing impact.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Collaboration & Vendor Oversight: Partner with the Head of Digital Marketing, Head of Marketing, and external vendors/consultants to ensure flawless execution.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Email Campaign Management: Schedule, coordinate, and oversee design and implementation of email campaigns for both members and marketing efforts.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Brand Consistency: Review copy, designs, social media content, ads, and other assets to ensure alignment with brand standards.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Project Management: Plan monthly initiatives, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles with a focus on driving efficiency.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Proven experience managing marketing technology platforms (CRM, ESP, analytics, integrations).
