The B2B SaaS Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across two key areas: Demand Generation and Product Marketing. This role will lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and product positioning. This hybrid role combines the performance-driven focus of demand generation with the strategic messaging responsibilities of product marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building full-funnel marketing campaigns, crafting compelling product narratives, and working cross-functionally to drive measurable business growth. This role also includes leadership responsibilities such as mentoring team members, managing priorities across projects, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with brand standards and revenue goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and improve pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps teams to align marketing efforts with revenue and conversion goals.
  • Own lead funnel strategy and performance metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and ROI.
  • Use paid media, email marketing, SEO, and webinars to accelerate inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and relevance.
  • Regularly analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Product Marketing

  • Translate product features into customer-focused value propositions tailored to target personas and industries.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and feature releases, working crossfunctionally with Product and Sales.
  • Create core product marketing assets, such as positioning statements, messaging frameworks, battlecards, product sheets, and sales enablement materials
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies and product differentiation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.


Marketing Strategy & Team Leadership

  • •Set clear marketing objectives and success metrics in line with business goals.
  • Mentor and coach marketing team members to foster professional development and support career growth.
  • Guide project prioritization and ensure delivery of high-quality marketing assets on time and within scope.
  • Review content and creative work for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Uphold brand standards, messaging consistency, and marketing best practices across all initiatives.
  • Collaborate across departments including Product, Sales, Client Success, and Executive teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong background in demand generation, product marketing, and full-funnel campaign development.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using marketing technology tools.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required; marketing, communications, or business preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS required; HR tech or Legal tech experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
