Description:

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing programs to drive brand awareness and increase traffic and sales for our Farm & Ranch stores. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful execution of marketing programs. They will need to be able to influence without authority. The ideal candidate will have project management experience and practical knowledge of a wide variety of marketing vehicles. They will need to be detail oriented to ensure executional excellence and also able to step back and think strategically.

This is a manager role with two direct reports who help execute various programs, events, and sponsorships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Idea Generation: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and programs.

Program Planning and Execution

  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing programs. Serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Direct and/or coordinate with the cross functional team to achieve program timelines and deliverables. This may include:
  • Developing and communicating the program plan.
  • Securing support.
  • Writing program briefs or otherwise directing and pushing the work along.
  • Final execution of the program.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track program related KPIs, such as reach, engagement, and ROI, to measure the success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile and analyze post program data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance future programs.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance, audience feedback, and budget adherence.
  • Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the products Country Supplier sells.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, event planning, or a similar role.

Practical knowledge of a wide variety of marketing vehicles: Events, social media, traditional and digital advertising etc.

Experience working with creative teams.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for event support, as needed.
