Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position requires individuals who are passionate about helping others, have strong math skills, and can thrive in a quick-service fast food restaurant setting.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
  • Operate the Aloha POS system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Handle retail math tasks such as calculating change and managing cash drawers.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is essential.
  • Experience using point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for effective customer interactions.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
