Job Responsibilities:

Customer Support Roles:
- Provide exceptional assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer practical solutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction while resolving queries effectively.
Software Engineering/Development:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and test software applications.
- Write clean, efficient code under supervision.
- Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to generate insights and help the company improve business processes.
- Work with a team to support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
- Create reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
Marketing/Social Media:
- Support digital marketing campaigns and assist with content creation.
- Engage with the Microsoft community and customers through social media channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (recent grads welcome!)
Experience:No prior experience required (internships and volunteer work are a plus!)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and Teams
