Hey there,

I’m looking for someone to help me get my personal stuff organized. Right now, I’ve got tasks and reminders all over the place — written down on paper, saved in my phone, and thrown into my calendar (all in one color). It’s a mess, and I’m starting to lose track of what I’ve done and what I haven’t.

I’m not very good with apps or systems, so I need something simple and easy to use, especially on my phone. I don’t want anything fancy — just a clear way to see what I need to do and what’s already done.

A bit about me:

I’m a truck driver with a couple of side businesses, so I’ve got a lot on my plate.

Here’s a taste of what I’m dealing with:

Trying to refinance 2 cars that I'm renting out

Dealing with some credit bureau stuff

Planning a long motorcycle trip across the U.S.

Regular to-dos related to my trucking job and everyday life.

What I need from you:

Talk with me to figure out everything I’ve got going on

Go through my notes, calendar, and reminders

Set up a clean and easy-to-use way to keep track of tasks (whatever app works)

Make it simple and logical — I need to be able to use it without getting lost

Show me how to use it when you’re done (a video or simple instructions is fine).
