Key Responsibilities
  • Triaging and troubleshooting high-severity network issues, including network downtime, connectivity problems, and application slowness.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and architecture.
  • Expertise in virtual network and security constructs of AWS and/or Azure.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of IP routing, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and DNS.
  • Experience with network security and cloud PaaS service integration.
  • Familiarity with ITSM practices (Change/Incident/Problem).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCSE certifications.
  • Experience with Python, Ansible, or SDN programming.
  • Certifications or experience in cloud networking and security.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies in AWS or Azure.
