We have an immediate opening for an experienced Part-time Administrative Assistants in a tutoring center located in New Jersey. We are looking for someone with a minimum 1 year of recent experience performing admin duties. Seeking a positive, personable, experienced and hard-working individual to join our team.

You must be willing to commit to approximately 25-35 hours per week.*

Working will be 5 days per week including some weekends.

2 Day, 2 Evening shifts 1 other.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job would include:

  • Scheduling appointments/lessons
  • Managing teacher and student calendars
  • Client relations
  • Filing, general paperwork
  • The ability of being able to supervise
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls
  • Invoicing customers and customer requests
  • Maintain various files in regular cycle
  • Marketing and other clerical duties
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills is an advantage
  • Must have excellent written/spoken communication skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Ability to supervise
  • Must be tech savvy
  • Works well under pressure
  • Very friendly and personable
  • Shows good initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
