Overview The Sr. Specialist, Creator Activation, is responsible for driving influencer activation within OMG’s managed service product, Creo. This client-facing role manages creator relationships, negotiates, and executes social content in response to client briefs and Creo team plans. It serves all OMG agencies and collaborates with paid social teams to amplify creator campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred) 1-3 years of experience in influencer and media environments Experience managing creators and client relationships with major companies Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task Experience with influencer platforms and tools Responsibilities Creator Activation Align and vet influencers for campaigns Manage influencer submissions and quality control Coordinate influencer partnerships from contract to campaign completion Review content between influencers and the account team Input campaign details into tracking systems Collect metrics and develop campaign recaps Track post-campaign revenue recognition Stay updated on social media platform capabilities and trends Monitor social media influencers across platforms Arrange logistics for influencer campaigns Participate in team meetings and coordinate logistics Coordinate influencer travel as needed Vetting for brand safety Practice Excellence Stay informed on industry trends and communicate their impact Develop thought leadership and case studies Collaborate with platform teams to implement best practices Build relationships with creators and platform partners Required Skills Deep understanding of influencer marketing and brand storytelling Strong influencer community relationships Knowledge of influencer ad and organic roles across platforms Excellent stakeholder relationship skills Effective communicator and presenter Analytical, creative, and self-motivated Business acumen with impactful recommendation skills This position offers a salary range of $40,000—$75,000 USD, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid leave, and more.
