Operations Team Lead – Mailroom & Print Services (Monday - Friday)

Location: Center City, Philadelphia
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
No Industry Experience Required – We Provide Training

Job Description:

The MCS Group is hiring an Operations Team Lead to oversee mailroom and print service functions in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is ideal for individuals with supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring service excellence across all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise mailroom operations including sorting, scanning, and distributing mail
  • Coordinate and fulfill print service requests accurately and on time
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Deliver mail and packages throughout the facility
  • Provide support with coverage and post office drop-offs
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards

Qualifications:

  • Prior supervisory experience (industry background not required)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs and being on your feet
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
