IM Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

This program will simplify the J&Js Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

Reporting into Transcend Deliver Customer Excellence team, the Order Intake Business Analyst will be the single point of contact to lead Order Intake processes and requirements testing, and building the Global Template in support of the Innovative Medicine Transcend program. The Order Intake Business Analyst will be responsible to lead and execute testing for the US rollout as part of Wave 2 of the Transcend program.

An internal pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document Order Intake user requirements with acceptance criteria for JJCC (J&J Customer Connect) and EDI transactions.

  • Map and document Order Intake business process flows for JJCC and EDI transactions.

  • Prioritize and coordinate requirements into related functional requirements and connect with stakeholders.

  • Write global user stories in JIRA and participate to the build plan with the technical teams (ERP, JJCC & EDI).

  • Write test script and test scenario for the Order Intake scope of work (JJCC, SFDC, and EDI transactions).

  • Run Business testing and approve the test scripts based on demo.

  • Document the Test script in the appropriate tools following PMO guidance and recommendations.

  • Document Confluence to facilitate best practice and learnings.

  • Document product backlog for improvement opportunities to increase the Order Intake maturity.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree and or equivalent; required.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with JJCC and EDI

  • Process-oriented, data analysis & statistical skills required

  • Ability to translate functionality and process into practical use and customer benefit is required

  • Must understand Compliance Processes

  • Superb communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

  • IT Solutions understanding preferred

  • Project management skills & Stakeholder Management experience preferred

  • Experience in the Innovative Medicine business preferred

  • Hybris knowledge and ERP Systems SAP, JDE or other preferred

Other:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$ 69,500 USD- $102,350 USD
