Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethics and possess the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You must be flexible, a self-starter, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces.

This job primarily entails apartment turnovers and requires adaptability to varying locations.

Pay Range will be flat rates based on apartment size and location. All initial cleaning supplies will be supplied and reimbursement to maintain those supplies will be calculated with each unit you are assigned to clean. We manage multiple properties and based on your skill level you have the ability to do more than one unit per day.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
  • Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure through completion of all tasks
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in caretaking, custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but will train the right person.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Trustworthy
  • Strong work Ethic
  • Flexible and willing to travel within a certain radius for job assignments.
  • Own transportation is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment for all occupants.
  • Able to work weekend and holidays.
  • Available for tight turn around jobs, delivering high quality results under time sensitive conditions.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • References required.
