<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>Togetherwork is a family of SaaS solutions that focuses on organizational management, administration, and payment processing. In this role, you will be supporting our Rec & Leisure business line by assisting our customers with software that enables studios to offer online registration, tuition calculation and payment options for parents of their dance students. Our software boasts a host of integrated tools enabling<br>studios to optimize their operations. We are looking for an experienced customer support specialist to join the team and provide top-notch service for our customers.</p> <p><strong>This is a part time role that will range from 20-29 hours per week and shifts will range from Mon-Fri between the hours of 9am and 5pm ET. Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be required work days. This role is temporary and expected to end September 30, 2025.</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>A detail-oriented, self-learner who enjoys troubleshooting software issues and<br>providing clients with solutions that meet their business needs.</li> <li>Comfortable answering both processes (how-do-I?) and business (how-should-I?) inquiries and requests.</li> <li>Ensure that the customer is successful using our product and that they have great experience doing so.
