Description
Renwood Farms is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Data Entry Specialist to manage data entry across our administrative systems. This is a remote, flexible position, and we are looking for someone who can commit to spreading their work hours throughout the week while adhering to our work schedule of 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter company data into proprietary databases, Excel spreadsheets, MailChimp, and CRM platforms.
- Perform routine maintenance and data checks, identifying and correcting errors in client, referral source, and tutor data.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.
- Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing data across multiple systems.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates will have or be pursuing a graduate degree in quantitative research, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MailChimp; CRM experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and the proactive mindset to ask questions when needed.
- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and reliability.
- Must be committed to the role for a minimum of one year.
