Finance & Operations Supervisor – Primarily Remote
Location: Remote, with occasional on-site visits to office or client sites
Working Hours: 5 days/week, 5 hours/day (flexible, can be split into segments)
Compensation: Part-time probation (3–6 months): SGD 1,600–2,000/month; upon confirmation: base salary + profit-sharing (negotiable)


We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic External Relations & Financial Manager to oversee financial management, client relations, and team operations. This role combines account management, compliance, business development, and team leadership for a growing finance company, providing opportunities for flexible work and long-term career growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage client and internal accounts and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  • Oversee cash flow, budget control, GST, tax filings, and corporate secretarial matters.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Build, train, and manage finance and business teams, establishing workflows and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular team training to improve professional skills and service quality.
