Job title: Weekend—Part Time Office Admin for Massage Studio

EarthTouch Massage is looking for a qualified Part Time Office Receptionist and Admin to join our team!

We are a well-respected, established massage clinic in downtown Bend and Sunriver, serving nearly 400 clients each month. ETM operates with a group of skilled therapists offering a blend of modalities, attracting a diverse clientele seeking therapeutic massage. Check us out at www.earthtouchbend.com

We are looking for a detail oriented self-starter who will keep the office running smoothly with their organizational skills. This position is part time, Friday/Saturday 9-5 pm.

You must be an excellent communicator that can provide great customer service, is knowledgeable in the alternative health industry, supportive to our team, and efficient with office related software systems, including EHR software. OFFICE MAINTENANCE is a huge part of this position, including keeping the office clean and well stocked, as well as handling some of the office's LAUNDRY.

Other duties include:

- Booking clients, adding insurance policies to client accounts, and restocking, purchasing and managing office supplies
-Managing office logistics with a growing number of therapists/clients. Duties will always be changing and prioritizing will be necessary.
-Utilizing scheduling and EHR software to optimize client and LMT experience. Maximizing online systems for scheduling, payments, insurance tracking, and task setting.
- Coordinating Communication between our therapists, clients, and the office manager.

-Positive communication skills to provide excellent customer service
-Ability to multitask while providing a high level of customer service.
