We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s as obsessed with data as they are with results—someone who can take our paid media department to the next level, with a focus on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Streaming Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure full-funnel integration—evaluate organic social, paid media, and other distribution efforts to make sure content works cohesively across channels to maximize impact and avoid silos
  • Lead performance-driven creative direction—bring insights and data to creative brainstorms, influencing messaging, formats, and storytelling to ensure content is strategically aligned and primed for results.
  • Analyze performance across paid and organic content—turn analytics into actionable insights that inform future creative, distribution, and campaign strategy.
  • Own the paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Streaming, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels for a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs.
  • Manage budgets—allocate spend strategically across campaigns and channels for maximum ROI.
  • Lead creative testing—collaborate with our design and video teams to produce ad creative that drives performance.
  • Analyze data and report results—turn analytics into actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
  • Stay ahead of trends—keep Porter Pro Media and our clients on the leading edge of digital advertising.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in paid media management with proven results in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Advanced understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and audience targeting.
  • Skilled in budget management and scaling profitable campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related ad management tools.
  • Strong communicator—able to break down complex data into clear insights for clients.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives on hitting measurable goals.
  • Naturally curious and proactive—you don’t just wait for data, you seek insights and opportunities that others miss.
  • Comfortable challenging ideas to push strategies forward and ensure the best possible results for clients.

Perks & Culture

  • Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses.
  • Hybrid work option (minimum in-office days required).
  • Collaborative, creative team environment.
  • Access to cutting-edge tools, training, and resources.
  • Opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding agency.
