It could be a cruise, custom vacation, honeymoon, or a reunion to name a few. Here’s just some of what you will be doing each day:</span><ul><li><span>Deliver world-class customer service in an in-bound, high-volume travel call servicing environment</span></li><li><span>Using your exceptional consulting skills & industry knowledge to design unique travel & lifestyle experiences by expertly booking cruises, custom vacations, hotels, flights, and transportation arrangements anywhere in the world</span></li><li><span>Providing reassurance and creating rapport by listening to needs from the initial inquiry to the welcome home greeting</span></li><li><span>A flair for building long-lasting relationships through exceptional listening and communication</span></li><li><span>Networking with our destination and supplier partners which will enable you to provide extraordinary, perfectly implemented, experiences</span></li><li><span>Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions relevant to the Card Member </span></li><li><span>Always put the Card Member’s experience at the forefront of everything you do, reinforcing the Membership First ™ approach and earning their dedication</span></li></ul><span>    Minimum Qualifications:</span><ul><li><span>Minimum of 1 year of Cruise, Custom Vacations or Agency experience is required</span></li><li><span>Proficient understanding of world geography and emerging travel destinations</span></li><li><span>Resilience and composure to remain positive under pressure and in changing circumstances</span></li><li><span>Strong time management and multi-tasking skills</span></li><li><span>Positive attitude and outlook, demonstrated through desire to learn, willingness to ‘have-a-go’ and optimistic teammate </span></li><li><span>Natural communicator with the ability to demonstrate listening skills and able to adapt conversation to suit the situation </span></li><li><span>Technically able and used to using computer applications and personal devices, can navigate PC and basic MS Office easily </span></li><li><span>Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, with a healthy desire to meet and exceed goals</span></li><li><span>Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends</span></li></ul><span>    Hours of Operation (7 days/week):<br></span><span>Monday–Sunday; 8:00am–11:00pm ET<br><br></span><span>Salary Range: $20.00 to $33.05 hourly + bonus + benefits<br><br></span><span>The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition.
