Our breakthrough technologies, including advanced BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) capabilities and sophisticated detect-and-avoid systems, have earned FAA approvals and are setting new standards in autonomous delivery.<br><br>With operations already successful in multiple locations and expansion planned, we're seeking an experienced Program Manager to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects.. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of innovative technology, operational excellence and implementation, and strategic planning to help scale Prime Air's revolutionary delivery system.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Coordinating with cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes</li><li> Participate in or lead meetings to build positive, collaborative partnerships among team members, stakeholders and field leaders and associates to complete all required tasks to ensure successful new launches throughout the organization</li><li> Prepare team performance reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews that distill key metrics and provide insights into recommended strategies</li><li> Communicate to Senior Management on status, risks, and process/product changes</li><li> Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment</li><li> Partner with teams to source, allocate, and coordinate resources</li><li> Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes</li><li> Identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks</li><li> Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives</li><li> Develop, implement and govern key performance indicator (KPI) reporting for a portfolio of programs<br><br></li></ul>Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
