Responsible for stewarding and operationalizing Netflix’s advertising priorities, the team serves as a central function to promote cohesion across the commercial, operational, and technical aspects of the Ads program and Netflix. </span></p><p></p><p><span>We are looking for a Program Manager with advertising experience to drive high impact cross-functional programs for our Live advertising initiatives, particularly as we launch ads in Live programming internationally. This role requires strong collaboration with the sales, product, finance, and operations teams to execute, track and deliver high impact strategic programs in the Ads space.</span></p><p></p><p>In this role, you will:</p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead multiple cross-functional programs that span sales, product, finance, and operations teams for US and international ad-supported Live programming initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive cross-functional collaboration with demonstrated expertise in delivering complex, highly ambiguous programs with multiple stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead change management and communications strategies for these initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance and track/ensure program and business impact.</span></p></li></ul><p><br /> </p><p>About you:</p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>7+ years experience in advertising and/or advertising related fields, with knowledge of the CTV/ streaming advertising landscape.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with ad-supported Live programming, Linear/Broadcast marketplace, and/or International markets preferred. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong operational backbone with ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Highly skilled, experienced, and enjoys orchestrating multiple programs with many moving parts and creating partnerships with cross-functional teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborates effectively and embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated track record of innovating, challenging assumptions and implementing better approaches.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to dive deep as well as understand the big picture.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000 - $280,000k.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.
