<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Application deadline: Jan 2, 2026<br><br>The Executive Selling Partner Relations (ESPR) team tackles issues which cannot be resolved with the tools available to Seller Support Associates. Our group excels in finding creative, resourceful ways to reduce seller pain points and build seller trust. We partner with teams across the Seller Services organization to assure that our sellers receive the world-class experience that they’ve come to expect.<br><br>ESPR is seeking a certified Program Manager (PMP or equivalent) with strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset to drive data-informed program strategies. This role will leverage analytics to design and implement initiatives that transform our Selling Partners' experience and deliver measurable results.<br><br>You will support the program operations within the World-Wide ESPR team through implementation of program and operational mechanisms, alignment and standardization efforts to support scaling, and replication of proven initiatives across the team both geographically and across business verticals. In this is high-impact, high-visibility position, you will interact with a broad group of stakeholders and will require a self-directed individual with strong attention to detail, great deep dive skills, and curiosity to step into unfamiliar spaces to drive change for Selling Partners through new and existing mechanisms. Additionally, this position requires the ability to deep dive into data to ensure we are representing the Selling Partners' experience accurately, and drive change with both operations and technical teams. The successful candidate will possess the ability to multitask, make smart and timely decisions with limited guidance, be curious, and genuinely enjoy the idea of challenging the status quo to innovate for our Selling Partners.<br><br>This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to drive data-informed change across our global organization. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $74,200/year up to $129,800/year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
