Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Program Manager to lead our Procurement Analytics initiatives. This 100% remote role is perfect for a data-driven leader who can bridge the gap between complex data analysis and strategic program execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Strategy:

    • Develop, own, and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for procurement analytics.
    • Manage the entire lifecycle of analytics projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all procurement data initiatives, communicating project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement strategies.

  • Data Analysis & Insights:

    • Perform hands-on analysis of large datasets related to spend, supplier performance, and contracts to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and operational inefficiencies.
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau) to provide stakeholders with self-service analytics.
    • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and improve data infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with a strong focus on analytics.
    • 3+ years of experience in a program or project management role.
    • Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Preferred:

    • Master's degree (MBA, MS in Data Analytics, etc.).
    • Experience with advanced analytics, including predictive modeling or machine learning.
    • Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or in supply chain/procurement.
